同僚が子どもを産むのを祝福できない職場なんて嫌だよね。同僚が「子どもが熱を出した!」といって急に休んだときに「ちっ」とか舌打ちする人にみんなが共感するようなところで働きたくない。「大丈夫かな。早く治るといいね」って素直に人間らしい心を持てる環境を用意できない会社はダメだと思う。
